Service Description

90 Minutes scheduled Studio time Up to 5 Models 15 Finished Images w/ Beauty Retouch (Additional images are $25 each) Electronic Delivery w/ Print release (By booking, you agree to the below regulations) Primary background colors to choose from are White or Grey (Others available upon request) PAYMENT POLICY Deposit is for retainer of services and studio reservation fee and is NOT refundable after 24 hours of booking. Sessions are to be paid in full immediately after the session only by Credit card, cash, Paypal or Venmo. LATE ARRIVAL Session end times will can not be extended to accommodate late client arrival. If Shawn Riddle has the availability to extend the session the client may pay for additional time within business hours, but it is not a guarantee of availability.  CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY If you are unable to make your photo session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee and will cover the non-refundable studio reservation fee. If the session needs to be rescheduled within 24 hours of booking the session there is one complimentary reschedule. If for any reason after 24 hours of booking the session, there will be a $50 rescheduling fee will be added to your open invoice.   Any reschedule under 72 hours before session will be treated as a cancellation, and will result in forfeiture of deposit. TURNAROUND TIME Turnaround time is 5 business days AFTER selecting your images, so please keep this in mind when booking your session if you have a deadline to meet. Rush turnaround time is up to 48 hours and requires a payment of $15 per image in addition to any other session fees paid. Rush turnaround is not guaranteed to be available, and must be approved on the date of session. If the client request additional edits outside of the original package, this may delay your turnaround time by 2 business days.  We encourage you to bring only extra persons that are essential to the success of the shoot, such as makeup/hair stylist or assistants. Anyone under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Small children should be left at home unless absolutely necessary, to prevent injuries. Cancellation Policy

PHOTO SESSIONS POLICY By paying the initial deposit and agreeing that this document has been read at the time of booking the client hereby agrees to all terms and conditions. At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date and time. Payment of the deposit acts as a binding agreement between the client and Shawn Riddle Photo.   CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY If you are unable to make your photo session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. Day of payment types accepted: Credit card, Cash, Cash App, Paypal or Venmo. Deposits are transferable, but they are non-refundable. Payment of the deposit acts as a binding agreement between the client and Shawn Riddle Photo. After booking, you will be sent an invoice reflecting the balance minus the deposit amount and can be paid in full any time leading up to the shoot date. CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY If you sign up for the class, but are unable to attend you will be able to hold your spot for a future class date.
