Cancellation Policy

PHOTO SESSIONS POLICY By paying the initial deposit and agreeing that this document has been read at the time of booking the client hereby agrees to all terms and conditions. At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date and time. Payment of the deposit acts as a binding agreement between the client and Shawn Riddle Photo.   CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY If you are unable to make your photo session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. If the session needs to be rescheduled within 24 hours of booking the session there is one complimentary reschedule. If for any reason after 24 hours of booking the session, there will be a $25 rescheduling fee will be added to your open invoice.     Any reschedule under 72 hours before session will be treated as a cancellation, and will result in forfeiture of deposit. Full list of terms: https://www.shawnriddle.com/terms   CLASSES POLICY Course enrollment requires a 50% deposit and is to be paid when signing up. Day of payment types accepted: Credit card, Cash, Cash App, Paypal or Venmo. Deposits are transferable, but they are non-refundable. Payment of the deposit acts as a binding agreement between the client and Shawn Riddle Photo. After booking, you will be sent an invoice reflecting the balance minus the deposit amount and can be paid in full any time leading up to the shoot date. CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY If you sign up for the class, but are unable to attend you will be able to hold your spot for a future class date.
